Thanks for purchasing our products! There are first few things you should read.

- Please be sure to read the documentation first, which will be updated frequently with the theme package

- We try our best to monitor the tickets around the clock, please allow 24 - 48 hours to receive an answer to your issue.

- Our support hours:
- Monday to Friday (From 9 am - 6 pm - GMT +7)

- If you submit a ticket on weekend please be patient and wait for us to 9 am Monday.

- Support only deals with installation of the theme, features available by default, bug fixes, and small modifications within one or two lines of code.

- We do not offer support for any third party plugins' problems.

- You have to understand that you buy the item as it is. If you want it to look or function different than what you see in the online demo you need to understand that this is not covered by basic support. We are willing to give small tips and advises. But if your requests are coming one after the other and you don't have the slightest clue of what CSS or HTML is, your best bet is to contact the Our Services Team. They will be very helpful.

- Post as much information as you can on your requests: links and screenshots. Provide us with all the information you can give! Confidential info can always be sent by private tickets.
